Want to be successful with men? Very successful with them? Of course you do. All of us, ALL of us embark on the Low
Road to life, love, the pursuit of happiness (watch out for this
thing!)......and maybe even Scotland. As we travel down this road
and gain experience, some of us take the time to look upwards,
only to discover there is ANOTHER road......the High Road! Most
of us never make this discovery because we are too preoccupied
looking down, watching out for potholes, traffic, mud, landslides,
and snakes. The Low Road can be pretty rough, with only a few
smooth bits along the way, and it can easily take all our concentration
just to avoid the tricky bits. The journey along the Low Road
takes physical prowess in this very physical world, and because
we are at ground level, the view from the Low Road limits our
horizons. The view from the High Road, on the other hand, is limitless:
you can see not only the whole of the Low Road from beginning
to end, you can see the whole of Existence from your bird's eye
view.
The High Road is reached though a
kind of spiritual prowess, and those of us who hear about the
High Road gaze up through the mist to catch occasional glimpses
of it. We are told of how richly it is paved, and that all you
desire can be found along the way. Journeys on the High Road are
blessed with great beauty, clarity, and stunning vistas. From
time-to-time we might even spot a few lucky souls wandering along
the High Road who are blessed with the kind of loving relationships
we all desire and expect, but don't seem to find---people who
really belong together.
